Obtaining the RFT Documents:
First time visitors to this web site who wish to participate ie. download, will need to self-register on this web site to gain access to the RFT documents, or a new copy of the software.
Download all files - they will include the following files:
* . DTT - this is the main RFT documentation in a Dmax Lite database format.
In addition there are some other files which are handy guides and a transmittal form for the tender - do not incorporate this in the Dmax tender response file.
- A full soft copy of the RFT documents can be downloaded from this web site.
- You must download to your own computer all the files provided (including any addenda), by clicking on the blue "DOWNLOAD A SOFT COPY" link at the bottom of this page and following the on-screen instructions.
The RFT documents are made available in "* . DTT" format only. This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.

If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.0 software, a copy of the software can be purchased and downloaded from this site as part of your download process.
After you log in and access the RFT more options will be presented to you relating to the software.
Lodging a tender:
Your completed tender in the required software format MUST be lodged electronically via this RFT web page.
Click on the blue "LODGE A RESPONSE" link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user of this tendering web site.
Ensure that your tender includes a file in *.DTR format.
Other PC requirements:
