RFT for a proposed Standing Offer arrangement:

An Aerial Pumper vehicle is based on a diesel, automatic 6x4 cab/chassis capable of seating a minimum of five (5) personnel including the driver and incorporating a 15m telescoping boom fitted with ladder sections and a water monitor with water supplied via a multi-pressure centrifugal pump.

Two staged contract - Stage 1 - supply of a development vehicle.
Stage 2 - manufacture of production vehicles subject to full acceptance testing & approval by NSWFB of the development vehicle.

Obtaining the RFT Documents:

First time visitors to this web site who wish to participate ie. download, will need to self-register on this web site to gain access to the RFT documents, or a new copy of the software.

Download all files - which will include the following files:
*** . DTT - this is the main RFT documentation in a Dmax Lite database format.
In addition there are some other files which are handy Guides and a Transmittal form for the tender - do not incorporate this in your Dmax tender response file.
Send in the Transmittal form separately.

Obtaining the required DMax Lite V5.1 software:

The RFT documents are made available in "* . DTT" format only. This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.

Please note and act on the following -

To open the RFT main document file (ie the ***.DTT) and to prepare your tender you will need to use the 'Dmax Lite' software.

If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software can be purchased and downloaded from this site as part of your download process.
After you log in and access the RFT more options will be presented to you relating to the software.

Lodging a tender:

Your completed tender in the required software format MUST be lodged electronically via this RFT web page.
Click on the blue "LODGE A RESPONSE" link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user of this tendering web site.

Your tender MUST include at least one file in *.DTR format.
