Provision of Master Media Agency Services for NSW Government - 0701290

Tenders are invited for the appointment of Master Media Agency for campaign advertising arranged through Communications & Advertising, a business unit of the Department of Commerce.

The Master Media Agency is responsible for strategic media planning and master media buying services for television, radio, outdoor, cinema, online and print media, and for booking and charging campaign advertising in those media on behalf of NSW Government Departments and Agencies.

A Pre Tender Briefing will be held as follows:

Venue: Level 4 Conference Room, McKell Building, 2-24 Rawson Place, Sydney.

The RFT documents are made available in "* . DTT" format only. This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.

Please note and act on the following -

To open the RFT main document file (ie the ***.DTT) and to prepare your tender you will need to use the 'Dmax Lite' software.

If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software can be purchased and downloaded from this site as part of your download process.
After you log in and access the RFT more options will be presented to you relating to the software.

Lodging a tender:

Your completed tender in the required software format MUST be lodged electronically via this RFT web page.
