This request for tenders is for the appointment of Media Placement and Typesetting Agency services for NSW Government.
The requirement covers provision of an online system for all non-campaign print media except Sydney metropolitan press, with billing of individual government departments to be undertaken by the Contractor.
The Media Placement and Typesetting Agency is responsible for booking, typesetting and charging non-campaign advertising in both classified and display categories.
Pre-Tender Briefing
A Pre Tender Briefing will be held as follows:

Venue: Level 4 Conference Room, McKell Building, 2-24 Rawson Place, Sydney.
Pre-registration:
Organisations wishing to attend are required to preregister their attendance by contacting Rose Pantano (02 9372 7520) or Gary Edwards (02 9372 7345) by no later than 4.30 pm, Monday, 8 October 2007.

Obtaining the RFT Documents:

Obtaining the required DMax Lite V5.1 software:
The RFT documents are made available in "* . DTT" format only. This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.
Please note and act on the following -
To open the RFT main document file (ie the ***.DTT) and to prepare your tender you will need to use the 'Dmax Lite' software.
If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software can be purchased and downloaded from this site as part of your download process.
After you log in and access the RFT more options will be presented to you relating to the software.
Lodging a tender:
Your completed tender in the required software format MUST be lodged electronically via this RFT web page.
Click on the blue "LODGE A RESPONSE" link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user of this tendering web site.
Your tender MUSt include at least one file in *.DTR format.
Other PC requirements:
