Group Ticketing and Transport Services: - 0702107

This RFT covers the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC) requirements for Group Ticketing and Transport and associated Services for the Premier's 2009-2011 Christmas Gala Concerts and Seniors Week Gala Concerts for a period of three (3) years with 2 x 1 year extension options.

A Contractor is required to work with DADHC's Event Coordinator and Manager Events to organise the group ticketing and transport services for the group concerts and the volunteer services for both the individual and group concerts.

The overall scope comprises group ticketing management, group transport management, volunteer management, event logistics, procurement and other required services.

The RFT documents are made available in "* . DTT" format only. This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.

Please note and act on the following -

If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software can be purchased and downloaded from this site as part of your download process.
