Tender Details
This expression of interest process covers the NSW Government requirement to establish an Accredited Panel of Providers for the procurement of motor vehicles for NSW government departments and agencies, local councils, and not for profit organisations.
An aggregated volume RFT process will then be established at least every 12 months
Applications are invited to submit offers for acceptance onto the Accredited Panel of Providers for the Acquisition of Motor Vehicles for the fleets of the Government Sector and other eligible organisations. Evaluation of offers will determine how many applicants are included on the panel.
The Accredited Panel of Providers will be arranged for an initial term of two (2) years, from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2010 and contractors will be added and removed during that period, depending on level of performance and vehicle availability.
Two (2) optional twelve (12) month extension periods may also be exercised by the State Contracts Control Board.
Your offer should be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and the specification.
The Accredited Panel will be reviewed at least annually to ensure that it meets appropriate demand requirements. This will take into account the prevailing industry environment, market dynamics and the NSW Governments needs and objectives.
The NSW Government reserves the right to change the composition of the panel in terms of suppliers that are accredited and the type of vehicles available.
