Tender Details

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Construction of a new steel framed Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA), softball surface play area, sand pit area and shade structure.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A RE-TENDERED WORK (The previous tenders closed on 13 Dec 2007). PREVIOUS TENDERS WERE ABOVE ESTIMATE AND DID NOT PROVIDE BEST VALUE, AND WERE NOT ACCEPTED.
