Tender Details
Heritage and Building Services (HABS), Department of Commerce, provide a contracted maintenance service to a number of Government agencies. A significant client of HABS is the Department of Education and Training (DET).
There is a requirement that primarily relates, but is not limited, to the inspection, testing, certification and repair and maintenance of fume cabinets for Department of Education & Training (DET) in the districts of Blacktown, Parramatta, Windsor, Liverpool, Fairfield, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle.
The period of the contract will be up to two (2) years with three (3) x one (1) year options, depending on the RFT responses received exercisable at the discretion of the SCCB.
