Heritage and Building Services (HABS), Department of Commerce, provide a contracted maintenance service to a number of Government agencies.
A significant client of HABS is the Department of Education and Training (DET). This requirement primarily relates, but is not limited, to the supply, installation and repair of manual/automatic winding window devices for DET in the districts of Blacktown, Parramatta, Windsor, Liverpool, Fairfield, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle.
The period of the contract will be up to two (2) years with three (3) x one (1) year options, depending on the RFT responses received exercisable at the discretion of the SCCB
