The Tendering process for RFT 0800242 has been cancelled during evaluation as a fair and equitable outcome could not be reached for Tenderers or Government

This RFT is for Essential Repairs and Services to be provided to NSW Government assets via Heritage and Building Services who will act as the Contract Manager and co-ordinate the allocation of essential repair work to contractors.

The requirement calls for 16 types of trade services to be provided to NSW Government assets across 9 main zones across the Sydney, Newcastle, Lower Hunter and Upper Illawarra metropolitan regions.

Three (3) supplementary zones are also included in the requirement.
These zones border the main zones however the opportunity for work in the supplementary zones is less than in the main zones.

Non-Mandatory Industry Briefings
Industry Briefings will be held on the dates and at the places specified in the tender document Part A.
The Contact Officers will be available to answer any Tenderer's queries regarding the contract.
Attendance by Tenderers at a pre-tender industry briefing is not mandatory, although notification of attendance would be appreciated.
Due to variations in ER&S operation methods attendance at the briefings by all tenderers is highly recommended.
Meetings will be held in- NEWCASTLE, LIVERPOOL WEST, TUMBI UMBI, BLACKTOWN
