The work of the project involves alterations to existing buildings W4 and W6 and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Removal of existing flooring and provision of new tiling on compressed FC sheeting to building W6.

Provision of new tiling to walls to building W6.

Alterations to existing stainless steel benching to buildings W6 and W4.

Alterations to existing commercial exhaust hood building W6.

Provision of new domestic exhaust hoods to building W6.

Removal and reinstallation of existing equipment and fixtures to building W6.

Alterations to existing hydraulic services to buildings W4 and W6.

Removal of existing and provision of new power and lighting to building W6 and alterations to existing power supply to building W4.

Installation and commissioning of new equipment supplied by TAFE to buildings W4 and W6.

Provision of new shelving and screen doors to building W6 and new aluminium shading to building W4.

Alterations to existing stud walls and provision of new ceiling to building W6.

New painted finishes to building W6.
