OUTLINE OF SCOPE OF WORK

Gwynneville Public School
Demolish existing gardens, seating and paving to construct new concrete paths and ramps and associated handrails to various buildings on the site. Modify and replace sections of roofing and doorways to accommodate new ramps and landings. Repair designated bitumen and garden areas.

Hayes Park Public School
Demolish existing structures to construct new concrete paths and ramps and associated handrails to various buildings on the site, including design and certification by a structural engineer. Modify and replace sections of roofing and doorways to accommodate new ramps and landings. Eliminate trip hazards and install bollard as designated. Upgrade room FR0001 to a new computer room including securtiy grills, electrical and mechanical modifications
