Tender Details
The State Property Authority (SPA) own and manage a number of government office buildings throughout NSW.
As part of the essential services compliance regime SPA are requesting tenders from suitably qualified companies to provide;
1. Annual Fire Safety Statements for the State Property Authority's premises
2. Perform Essential Services auditing services as required by AS4655-2005, to ensure that maintenance services carried out by others are compliant and effective.
3. Provide ad-hoc consultative advice as required
4. Provide input into for the scope of new Essential Services maintenance agreements
