The RFT seeks the engagement of organisations or individuals with suitable capability to provide a range Shadow Operator activities to supplement the North West Metro Project Teams operational capabilities.
The services to be provided are in two Separable Portions -Portion A , Management Services and Portion B - Technical Services
This RFT is the second stage of a two stage tender process.
Only those organisations that were short listed as a result of the first stage of this tendering process (the EoI), are eligible to respond to this RFT.
Access to this RFT is restricted to invited firms only.
