The purpose of the consultancy is to provide to SPA an end-to-end service advising on a portfolio management delivery solution and coordinating procurement of that delivery solution.
The delivery solution will be applied to SPA's newly vested portfolio of office buildings.
The consultancy services scope can be divided into four phases:
1. Specification of the Service Delivery Model
2. Procurement and Resourcing
3. Contract Provider Mobilisation
4. Post Implementation Review Phase
The Consultant's appointment is envisaged to be approximately twelve months.
Pre-Tender Meeting
A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing will be held at:
11:00 AM Monday 1 September 2008

There is no requirement to pre-register for this meeting.
