In 2008, the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet will commission market research into customer satisfaction with a sample of NSW Government services.
Two surveys will be implemented that year at six monthly intervals.
Further annual surveys may be implemented in 2009 and 2010; however, this will be determined after a review of the outcomes of the surveys that are carried out in 2008.
A summary of the services to be supplied by the successful tenderer for each survey is as follows:
Develop the survey instrument;
Select the sample as specified;
Manage the fieldwork process;
Administer the survey questionnaire;
Clean the data; and
Provide the following to the Department:
(i) A fieldwork report.
(ii) Unedited and cleaned data sets.
(iii) Coded and verbatim responses for open-ended questions.
(iv) Frequency counts for all variables.
(v) Verbal presentations of top-line and complete findings.
(vi) Written analysis of methodology and complete findings.
