Tender Details
This RFT covers the provision of valuation services in selected areas of New South Wales for a 3 year period.
Dubbo
Blacktown
Wollongong
Newcastle
Albury
Central Coast
Valuations for all the above areas are to be conducted in accordance with the Valuation of Land Act 1916 as amended.
Each area consists of a number of Councils as detailed in Schedule 2 of Part D of this RFT.
Each area will be covered by a separate Contract.
One Contractor will be appointed to each area.
Tenderers may tender for one or more of the six areas under this RFT.

Obtaining the RFT Documents:
First time visitors to this web site who wish to participate ie. download, will need to self-register on this web site to gain access to the RFT files/documents, or the copy of the DmaxLite software.
Download all files - which will include the following files:

In addition there are some other files which are handy Guides and a Transmittal form for the tender to complete - do not incorporate this form in your Dmax tender response file.

Obtaining the required DMaxLite V5.1 software:
The RFT is made available in "* . DTT" format only.
This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.
This softeware is only Windows compatible - NOT for Apple Macs
Please note and act on the following -
To open the RFT main document file (ie the ***.DTT) and to prepare your tender you will need to use the 'Dmax Lite' software.
If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software can be downloaded from this site as well as purchasing the licence, as part of your download process.
After you log in and access the RFT, more options will be presented to you relating to the software.
Lodging a tender:
Your completed tender in the required software format MUST be lodged electronically via this RFT web page.
Click on the blue "LODGE A RESPONSE" link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user of this tendering web site.
Your tender MUST include at least one file in *.DTR format.
Other PC requirements:
