Removal of Hazardous and Exhibit Waste for NSW Police Force - 16102007RFT

As part of the primary responsibility, the NSWPF becomes a generator of hazardous waste seized and becomes responsible for compliance with Federal, State and local regulations pertaining to its management. Hazardous Waste includes any hazardous materials, hazardous substances, waste chemical, waste containing controlled substances, contaiminated debris, equipment, apparatus, etc seized at the site of a clandestine drug laboratory. Exhibit Waste includes a range of debris, equipment, apparatus, liquids, fertilizers, etc seized by Police at the site of illegal hydroponic cannabis set ups, or similar.
