Tender Details

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Demolish existing facilities on the Gosford Mental Health Unit site and bulk excavation including relocation of services. Construction of new ambulance access, Plaza carpark and associated works.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
