Tender Details
The NSW Department of Education and Training (DET) pays Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) for their delivery of training under the Strategic Skills Program and the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Training Program.
The Department satisfies its requirements for acquiring specific training by the establishment of a period contract known as the Approved Providers List, from which training will be purchased during 2009 & 2010 under these two programs. The Approved Provider List contract will operate for the period 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2010.
How to obtain the Request for Tender (RFT) package:
This is a fully electronic tender that is restricted to response by Registered Training Organisations only.
The electronic RFT package has been uniquely tailored to every RTO Tenderer.
To obtain the RFT package, you must download the tender software to your own computer by clicking on the blue 'OBTAIN TENDER PACKAGE' link at the bottom of this page, log on to your DET APL page and follow the extensive step-by-step instructions.
How to Lodge your tender response:
When you have completed your tender response, you must lodge it electronically via this website by clicking the blue 'LODGE A RESPONSE' link at the bottom of this page.
You will then be asking to log on using your RTO ID and password, as provided to you by DET.
Please note: you must enter your password in UPPER CASE.
