The contract period with successful tenderer, after the successful pilot of 3 months, is 4 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year at the absolute discretion of the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority.

Pre-tender briefing will be held on Monday, 30 June 2008 commencing at 10 am at Level 6, 66 Harrington, The Rocks, Sydney to discuss the Invitation to Tender, followed by a site tour. Tenderers should notify the Contact Officer via email by 12.00 noon at least 1 day prior to the briefing of their intention to attend. Tenderers will be limited to 2 attendees.
