The EPlan Program is a major program to develop an information management system for the electronic processing of land title plans. Land and Property Information (LPI), a division of the Department of Lands, is seeking to establish a business analytical capability utilising the IBM WebSphere Business Modeller to support this initiative.
The Business Process Improvement team designated to this phase of project implementation requires support of external resources for consultancy services and development of a training program to realise required business process changes
