NSW Department of Primary Industries invites tenders for the supply, delivery and commissioning of a 65 to 75 kw (Engine rating) Backhoe/Loader at the Agricultural Institute, Yanco.
Tenders are required to comply with the NSW Governments Code of Practice of Tendering for the Construction Industry.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and in assessing tenders the following factors will be taken into account:
" Compliance with the tender specification, quality, functionality, durability of the product and previous reliability of the brand
" Availability of spare parts
" Availability and proximity of service
" Price;
" And resale value.
