Tender Details
The State Property Authority (SPA) own and manage a number of government office buildings throughout NSW.
As part of the height safety regime SPA are requesting tenders from suitably qualified companies to provide height safety solutions as per 2007 report.
The sites are at - Cobar GOB, Dubbo GOB, Dubbo Premier Centre, Gunnedah, Sydney, Griffith, Goulburn (7 sites in total)
Mandatory Registration
Pre-tender registration is mandatory.
The Registration process and access to tender documents is described below.
Step 1)
Prospective Tenderer's must access the Registration form from the this eTender Website and submit the completed form to register their interest by 09:00 Tuesday 1 April 2008.
The previous registration close date was extended from Friday 28th March 2008.
This form plus a summary of the works is available by cliking on the link below labled ' VIEW A SUMMARY DOCUMENT - Free' and downloading the zip file which contains 2 files.
Step 2)
Once the registration form has been received, firms will be sent details as to how to access the RFT documents and the contact details so they can make their own arrangements to visit the various sites.

ie. Click on the blue DOWNLAOD A SOFT COPY - Free link at the bottom of the page, use the Access Password to gain access to the document download page, then register your firm in the system (if not already registered), and follow onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.
Lodging a Response
Your completed tender should be lodged as specified in the RFT Document, however, it may usually be lodged electronically via this web page.
As the tenderer you must be a Registered user of this system.
Click on the blue LODGE ON RESPONSE link at the bottom of this page, using the RFT specific Access Password, then using your system Username / Password and follow the on-screen instructions to be taken to the lodging screen to submitt your electronic tender response.
