The State Property Authority (SPA) own and manage a number of government office buildings throughout NSW. As part of the ongoing improvement to energy efficiency SPA are requesting tenders from suitably qualified companies to replace the existing variable pitch supply and return air fans with fixed pitch, variable speed fans.

Optimum size of lodgement files is less than 7MB, and if your tender is larger in total it should be broken down into smaller files, and uploaded in separate identified lodgements. Note also that during the period 11pm to 3am system maintenance is carried out and successful lodgment may not be achieved.
