About this Notice
This is a NOTICE to advise interested parties of an information forum/session to discuss the forthcoming proposed tender, RFT No. 0800293 - Contingent Workforce, Contract 100
It is proposed that this tender will be the consolidation of contracts-
Contract period of three (3) years with 2 extension options each up to 1 year duration.
Briefing Session Details
The industry briefing will be held on the date, time, and place, indicated below.
Representatives of NSW Procurement will be available at that time to answer any queries regarding the proposed RFT and the tender process generally.
A copy of the presentation slides and any pertinent question / answers during the briefing will be made available on this web site following the briefing session.

You will need to be a Registered user of this web site to download the provided information.
Due to the expected volume of supplier interest, no more than 1 person from each prospective tenderer will be permitted to attend the briefing session.
The name of the person attending the briefing must be provided to the Contact Officer named below no later than 17:00 hrs on 16 July 2008.
Attendees will be required to sign-in at reception on the ground floor and again prior to entry into the briefing room.
Attendance at this briefing is at the prospective tenderers expense.
Attendees are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled start time to facilitate registration and seating.

A pre-tender briefing was held for proposed RFT 0800293 - Contingent Workforce on the 21st July 2008 for prospective tenderers who registered attendance (as per previous advertisement).
Representatives of NSW Procurement were available to answer any queries regarding the proposed RFT and the tender process generally.
