Tender Details
The Scope of Works covers the provision of civil works, earthworks, drainage installation, street furniture, paving, and landscaping to Argyle Street between George Street and the Argyle Cut.
The Scope of Works for the project can be described as follows:
Construction of raised road pavement to match existing footpath kerbside levels.
Construction of ramped, bluestone thresholds at Harrington Street and George Street entrances to shared zone.
Re-configuration of stormwater drainage infrastructure.
Supply and installation of new street lighting and tree lighting
Supply and installation of power outlets built into light poles.
Provision of Street and traffic signage and planter boxes.
Line marking.
Removal of temporary traffic islands
