Tender for the Management of Event and Security Staff - PST0208

The contractor will be required to provide: (a) Casual Staff and Rostering including: (i) Supplying the required number of appropriately trained staff for each event. (ii) Appropriately trained staff co-ordinators for each event. (b) Staff Training (i) Event management training for staff including customer service skills, OH&S and Emergency Procedures. (ii) Staff assessment programmes to monitor the work produced by each staff member. (iii) Staff procedures manual which is to include job descriptions, Stadium plans, Evacuation Procedures and other relevant information. (c) Reporting Requirements (i) Provision of signed copies of staff rosters and costing schedules post-event. (ii) Feedback/assessment reports on completion of each event.
