The Concessionaire will be responsible for developing and implementing Food and Beverage services with the flexibility to meet the varying needs of the Trust, its hirers and customers. These areas include but are not limited to Corporate Suites, Open Corporate Boxes, Western Stand Corporate Lounge, Public Concessions, Functions.
The Concessionaire will be responsible for the supply and setting up of Food and Beverage Services as well as the establishment, operation and maintenance of a management information system reporting directly to the Trust.
