Tender Details
Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of General Maintenance Services to various sites of Council. The successful contractor will form part of the Council's preferred contractor listing for the required service for a period of two years from commencement with a provision for extension of further two years.
Services includes a wide range of maintenance works to all Council owned buildings including but not limited to :
* Carpentry framing, flooring and fitout works
* General building repairs and maintenance
* Hardware installation, repair and maintenance ie. Door, locks
* Outdoor furniture maintenance repair
* Fittings and fixtures installations
* Fencing repairs
* Decks and pergolas repairs and maintenance
Services are required during normal working hours and out of working hours on an as required basis.
