Tender Details

Construction of a specialised purpose built, 250 sq metre, "Feed Testing Laboratory" at the NSW Wagga Wagga Agricultural Institute. The building shall consist of a suspended concrete slab above blockwork, steel wall frames and trusses, steel cladding.

Services shall include;

Hydraulic: Supply and installation of specialised laboratory gas and water reticulation and drainage system.

Mechanical: Services shall include DDC control systems, ducted air conditioning systems, articulated are exhaust systems, installation of fume cupboards, fans and exhaust systems.

Electrical: Provisions of sub mains and distribution boards, external and internal lighting, provisions of power to specialised laboratory equipment and appliances, data and communication wiring.

Additional Details / Instructions

Tenders are requested from suitably experienced building and construction firms. Interested parties will be able to demonstrate compliance with the following clauses at the time of tendering;

·Demonstrated previous experience in the construction of specialised laboratories of a similar design.
·Previous client satisfaction including references.
·Sound OHS records and documented safety systems in place.

Tenders will be required to comply with the NSW Government's "Code of Practice" for procurement. The successful tenderer will be required to achieve a satisfactory result during a financial assessment prior to being awarded the contract.

Tenderers will be required to provide a non refundable payment of $100.00 prior to receiving hard copy tender documentation. Cheques shall be made payable to:
