At present the majority of creative services are outsourced to service providers with the necessary skill set based on a particular project where suitability is assessed on a project by project basis. This RFT proposes to establish a panel of creative service providers to undertake the work. The total value of this work is not as yet determined. The scope of projects undertaken would necessitate skills in a wide range of areas or offering a specialised skill-set, including:
Graphic Design
Cartography
Motion Graphics and DVD development
Graphical statistical representations.
The creative services required include the production of maps, graphics and photographs, graphic design, motion graphics and DVD production, print advertisements and collateral material. On certain projects a full service agency would be inappropriate due the specificity of skills required. An agency with highly developed skills in certain areas would be suitable. Particularly in the areas of cartography and graphical statistical representations.
