Tender Details

The functions at OAI which require catering and hospitality services are usually training seminars, staff meetings or other business functions held by NSW DPI or third parties, such as other government departments. Most government departments run their training courses and conferences with a limited budget.
The functions may include any number of people, from less than 10 to more than 100. The Clients may require morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or general snacks.
The Clients are responsible for arranging their own catering. Some Clients self-cater or engage caterers.
Under the arrangements outlined in this RFT, only the successful Tenderer will have access to the Facilities to prepare food at the site and to wash and clean up afterwards. Any Clients who wish to self-cater or engage outside caterers will have to do so on a walk-in, walk-out basis without access to the Facilities.

Alcohol is not permitted to be provided by any caterer at functions at OAI unless the caterer is appropriately licensed.
