Suitably ensorsed tenders will be received by The Secretary, Tender Opening Committee, Teacher Housing Authority of NSW, Level 14, St Martins Tower, 31 Market Street, SYDNEY 2000 or PO Box Q339, QVB Post Shop, NSW 1230 at 2.30pm Tuesday 6 May 2008. Tenders may also be sent by facsimile to 02 9261 1048.

Friday 18th April 9.00am - Tourist Rd, Glenquarry
Friday 18th April 3.00pm - Queen Street, Candelo
Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement, which is available on the internet at: www.treasury.nsw.gov.au/procurement/cpfp_ig.htm
Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder's licence for the State of New South Wales, but are not required to obtain Home Owners Warranty insurance.
