Tenders are invited for the construction of 3x1 bedroom transportable villa units, separate garages and associated site works at Baradine NSW.

A non refundable deposit of $110 is required for each complete set of documents.
Suitably endorsed tenders will be received by The Secretary, Tender Opening Committee, Teacher Housing Authority of NSW Level 14, St Martins Tower, 31 Market Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000 or PO BOx Q339 QVB Post Shop, NSW 1230 and close at 2.30pm on Tuesday 20 May 2008.
Tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Governments Codes of Practice for Procurement, July 2004.
Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder's licence for the State of New South Wales, but are not required to obtain Home Owners Warranty Insurance.
