Teacher Housing Authority of NSW invites tenders for the construction of 4x1 bedroom transportable villa units, separate garages and all associated site works at Bourke NSW.

A non-refundable deposit of $110 is required for each complete set of documents.

Tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government's Codes of Practice for Procurement, July 2004.
Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder's licence for the State of New South Wales, but are not required to obtain Home Owners Warranty Insurance.
