Tender Details
The Objective of this process is to establish a panel of external legal services providers for a term of 3 years (with an option to extend for a further 2 years, exercisable at the discretion of NSWPF) to:
-Effectively service the requirements of NSWPF through appropriate use of external legal advisors
-Provide NSWPF access to highly skilled legal professionals who deliver advice in a prompt manner and who deliver innovative pragmatic and cost effective solutions to legal issues
-Maintain management and accountability of legal advisors
-Ensure value for money in the procurement of legal services by NSWPF is maintained
