Tender Details
There are 47 Rural Lands Protection Boards (RLPBs) in NSW. The governing body for RLPBs is the State Council (State Council) which is responsible to the NSW Minister for Primary Industries. State Council and RLPBs are statutory bodies incorporated under the Rural Lands Protection Act 1998. RLPBs are the frontline for animal health and pest animal control in NSW, manage 600 000 hectares of Travelling Stock Reserves throughout the state, and provide administrative support for an array of state wide initiatives. The annual turnover of the RLPB system is $50million and a total of 400 staff are employed.
