Tender Details
Interconnections of all fire services between the two buildings (100 George Street and 1-5 Hickson Road)
are to be fully separated by termination of all wiring and pipework passing between the two buildings. The
(terminated) services contained within bay 5, building levels 2 to 5 of the Hickson Road premises are to
be connected to the existing fire services which currently serve the remainder of the building (including
level 1 of bay 5). The completed condition of services within the 1-5 Hickson Road premises is to be fully
independent of services within the 100 George Street premises and without compromise to applicable
(existing) design standards.
