Tender Details
The Works require the contractor to undertake the minor demolition and fit out at Level 1, 73 Union Street Pyrmont and generally involves:
- The demolition of existing plasterboard and glazed partitions;
- The supply and installation on new plasterboard and glazed partitions;
- The supply & installation of energy efficient lighting;
- The supply and installation of stone flooring;
- The supply and installation of joinery power;
- The supply and installation of an accessible shower and toilet;
- The supply and installation of workstations;
- The coordination of services for new workstations (supply & installation by other).
The works specified in this package will need to be completed by 11th June 2008.
