The scope of services is design, drawings and documentation of all components associated with the audio-visual systems in the various spaces nominated in this document through the following phases and input during the construction stage;
* Concept design;
* Design development and document suitable for tender;
* Technical advisor to Tender Evaluation Committee and update of tender drawings and specifications adequate for construction;
* Construction stage services such as, response to requests for information, review and approval of workshop drawings and site inspections.
