Preparation of pre-construction documents (such as Safety Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan, Inspection & Test Plans, Dilapidation Report).
Neatly saw cut existing brickwork and remove existing window.
Supply and install new aluminium framed fire exit door in new opening (6mm laminated safety glass top panel and aluminium faced external grade ply lower panel).
Supply, fabrication and installation of galvanised steel stairs and platforms, including dalustrades and handrails.
Preparation of "Works as Built" drawings.
