Bourke Government Office Block is a heritage building.
The works for this project include:
• Decommission and remove existing evaporative cooling system, including ductwork and pipework
• Decommission and remove existing mechanical switchboard
• Provide new air conditioning and outdoor air system to the building
• Provide a service walkway and lighting within ceiling space
12 months comprehensive maintenance on the new equipment
