Tender Details
This RFT covers the provision of valuation services in selected areas of New South Wales for an initial period of two years and 10 months, with two possible extensions each of one year duration. The areas are:
· Lismore
· North Harbour
· Upper North Sydney
· Warringah.
Valuations for all the above areas are to be conducted in accordance with the Valuation of Land Act 1916 as amended.
Each area consists of a number of Councils as detailed in Schedule 2 of Part D of this RFT.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
