This Request for Tender covers the NSW Department of State and Regional Development’s requirements for Business Advisory Services throughout all Regions of NSW.
The requirements entail the delivery of high quality, independent and impartial business advisory services for intending, start-up and established small business owners through a combination of information, counselling and training services in the areas of management, marketing and business planning.
The delivery methods include face-to-face discussion, response to telephone, fax and email inquiries, skills workshops and dissemination and access to information resources.

Briefing Sessions
Tender Briefing sessions will be held to provide prospective tenderers with an opportunity to discuss all aspects of this tender.
The Briefings will be held at:

MLC Building,19 Martin Place, Sydney
The Briefings will be held on:
Monday 22 June, 2009 for Greater Sydney Region; and
Tuesday 23 June, 2009 for all other Regions.
Time: 10:00am (Registration from 9:30am) both days
It is highly desirable that all prospective tenderers attend the relevant briefing in order that they fully acquaint themselves with the tender requirements. It is expected that all tenderers have thoroughly read the document prior to the briefing.
