The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of managing the Site including:
· Provision of services and programs for the community;
· Staffing; and
· Building/infrastructure maintenance.
The two hard court surface tennis courts were installed in Amour Park by Bankstown Council in the early 1980's. Council have managed and maintained the facilities since this time. The two courts are serviced by a small amenities building that provides shade and minimal kitchen facilities.

The Site will be open for inspection upon request by contacting Council's Team Leader - Recreation, Jodie Banks on 02 9707 9919. Inspections are not compulsory and attendance will have no impact on the outcome of this Expression of Interest process.
