Bankstown Council seeks quotations for the provision of professional services, to establish and deliver an organisational development program, to accelerate the Strategic Asset Management learning and maturity of the organisation and to help Council achieve it's first Strategic Asset Management Plans by December 2010. A focus of the program will be knowledge transfer, with Council staff undertaking the bulk of the work.
