Tender Details
Works in all separable portions generally include:

Demolition and disposal of existing concrete footways, kerb and gutter, part of road pavement and street furniture.

Construction of minor stormwater pipes and pits.

Reconstruction of kerb and gutter sections and road pavement.

Construction of a new Type 1 footpaving.

Construction of tree pits and planting of street trees.

Landscaping work which includes construction of tree pits, sub-soil systems, planting of street trees and shrubs of various sizes and species.

Supply and installation of new street furniture (seats, litter bin enclosures, handrails and bike racks).

Construction of pedestrian raised thresholds, flush concrete thresholds, installation of speed cushions, linemarking and sign posting.

Art work at intersection Padstow Parade and Stephens Lane as well as outside Padstow Library.

Paving of all Telstra pits with infill type lids. Replacement/relocation of all Telstra assets shall be undertaken by others.
