Tender Details

Since its creation in 2016, the Opera House website has expanded from being just a ticket sales and information platform to having additional storytelling and content capabilities necessary to support business objectives.

The existing information architecture (IA) and taxonomy have a negative effect on the end user’s ability to navigate our main website, www.sydneyoperahouse.com. It also hinders our internal teams in efficiently capturing structured data to analyse user experience, web performance and SEO. This is due to a number of factors including an IA that has not evolved with the changes in our business and product offerings, a large number of untrained website authors and gaps in process and content management governance.

The objectives of the RFT are to create well-designed, user-friendly information architecture and supporting website design components that helps users find and process the information they need.
