Tender Details
The component of the Project requires that up to 20,000 tonnes of Composted Soil Conditioner (CSC) and/ or Composted Mulch (CM) be supplied and applied to 250ha of agricultural land in the Hawkesbury Nepean River Catchment. CSC and CM will be sourced from commercial producers and meet not only the Australian Standard AS4454, but also be supplied fit for purpose to particular Specifications as set out in Section G: Tender Specifications.
The component of the Project aims to increase the capacity of the composted soil conditioner industry to supply fit for purpose products through the satisfaction of Specifications. It is in the long term interests of Contractors and the industry at large for Contractors to comply with the Specifications.
